per student(Atlanta Location) or $500/class
per student(Costa Rica Location). With
additional discounts down to $775/class

published pricing on the web for 40hrs of
world-class instruction and courseware that
prepares the student for an industry leading
certification exam.
DISCOUNTS (in Atlanta only, sorry!)
We offer discounts for registering for more than one
class at a time for an individual or for registering 2 or
more individuals for the same class at the same time.
Individual registration for 2 classes $1345/class
Individual registration for 3 classes $1250/class
Group registration for 2 students $1345/class
Group registration for 3/4 students $1250/class
Group registration for 5-9 students $1000/class
Group registration for 10+ students $775/class
Cancellations and Refund Policies
(Note: Only for classes in Mar/Apr 2010 in
Costa Rica all tuition funds will be refunded in
full by check within 30 days if canceling by
email here at least 2 weeks prior to class start.
All transportation charges once authorized by
the client and purchased by HIS are non
refundable (but changeable with appropriate
airline fees being paid by the client).
If you have a doubt about whether you can
make the class we advise buying refundable
tickets or trip insurance to cover your risk.)
All fees must be paid in full a minimum of 30 days prior to
the class start date to reserve a place in that class. No
partial payments will be accepted.
Cancellations Prior to 30 days before class
A student may request and receive a refund in full for any
reason up to 30 days prior to class. All refunds will be
made by company check within 30 days of the request
for cancellation when following the guidelines outlined
here and approved by HIS management.
Cancellations within 30 days of class start date
During the 30 days immediately preceding class a
student may cancel their class and receive a full refund
up to the class start date providing this withdrawal
doesn't jeopardize the running of the class (i.e. make the
class size smaller than 4 paying students). If the
withdrawal of the student will cause the class to fall
below the 4 student minimum then the student will be
entitled to a full credit for a future class at any of HIS
locations. No refund will be made in this case but the
student may request a space in a future class at no
charge and will be given a seat in the class in a priority
status of prepaid student. (this assures the student of
getting a place in the class they want as long as the
class does run as scheduled).
Host International Services (HIS) supplied travel
In addition to the cancellation and refund rules
mentioned above regarding tutition refunds, a student
who desires to cancel or change their schedule for
attendance at a class where HIS has purchased any
tickets for the student for that class will have the
following rules apply:
If the cancellation is 30 days or more prior to the class
then the student will only be required to pay for any
charges applied by the vendor. The tickets we purchase
normally are non-refundable but can be reused up to 1
year after purchase date after paying a nominal change
fee plus the difference in price for the new travel dates.
Students may elect to attend at a later date by
requesting to do so by email through our contact page.
The students' tuition will be returned or credited subject
to the same rules as if HIS had not purchased the
students transportation tickets. (see above)
